Hometown: Gingley City.

Backstory: Sarah was an orphan basically since birth. In Gingley City, orphans were sent into the workhouses to earn their keeps within the orphanages. An industrial boom hit the country and the children within the workhouses were shifted from mass production of goods to being taught how to repair machines and wield tools. Some kids struggled, but Sarah thrived. She took interest in the heavy machinery, tools and the way things worked. She skyrocketed to the top of the food chain and the bosses were impressed with her work. She was plucked from the workhouse and sent to make ‘real’ machines. This is where her career took off. 

Sarah worked with prestigious scientists and inventors and under her the robots were created. Not just any robots, no… thinking, working, living machines. They were just ‘better’ people. Shops started buying them as a way to replace workers and payroll. They started replacing soldiers and police officers, and soon, Gingley City was packed with humans and robots alike! 

Plot Ideas Brief: This would likely take place in a steampunk-esq world. We can do an odd mix of medieval and modern, like a Final Fantasy vibe where they fly airships but use swords and basic guns. 

Story Idea: In Gingley City, robots were becoming more common. They are taking over everything. Putting people out of jobs, families are going hungry and they are over running every facet of the city. A group of people want to destroy them at all costs. As one of the head mechanics, Sarah sees the problem growing and has to decide if she wants to join in the fight, or protect her precious creations.

Your character can be sent to stop the robots from taking over, almost like a vigilante group. You could be protecting the robots. It could also be cool if you were wanting to… repurpose them? I am not sure, there is potential here but it IS a little outside my wheelhouse. We’d need to work together here!
