Background
Alden Jones is the height of being cool. Guys like him, girls flock to him, he is good-looking and easygoing, but unlike some other popular students he rarely acknowledges his popularity. He has three sisters, so girls are no big mystery to him. He was comfortable enough to talk about periods with Sharon after she got hers.
Like a lot of guys, Alden is into video games and sports. He is a talented hockey player, and plays guitar in a band called Mangled Metal with his friends, Brock and Carmen. The band is seen practicing a lot and getting some of Elkford's biggest gigs, although they will not be playing venues like Madison Square Garden any time soon. However, that does not stop Alden from having rock-star dreams.
