About me: Yuto Mizushima was born with the iris of his left eye white and was completely blind in that eye. The drawbacks were pretty obvious, he had no depth perception and occasionally had trouble gauging distance and bumped into things. But he learned to compensate as he grew older and more accustomed to the detriment. It came with some great abilities as he would eventually discover.
Scrying - By focusing within his mind he is able to see through his blind eye into a sort of disembodied view of a target almost like viewing a security camera. Scrying a person requires him to be able to clearly imagine their face so he cannot scry individuals he doesn't remember. He can't scry with his good eye open and must close it but the evil eye must be open. He will often use this to scry upon himself to sort of view himself in a third person. he has some difficulty navigating this way but can prove useful in a sort of meta type of way.
Scrutiny - By focusing the evil eye it allows him to reveal an individual's intentions by way of colored auras. He can keep his normal eye open but if he closes it, it would just look like colored blobs within black. Red indicates malice (attack imminent, ect.), blue indicates deceit (lying, ect.), green indicates amiability (friend, trust, ect.), purple indicates sorrow (mourning, ect.), yellow indicates neutrality (no intentions, ect.).
Improved Scrutiny(locked depending on story) - An improved form of scrutiny that allows the evil eye to give detailed information of any individuals caught within it's gaze to Yuto. This information includes the persons name, age, height, weight and abilities if they hold any.
Foresight(locked depending on story) - By unlocking the full potential of the evil eye Yuto will be able to see 1.5 seconds into the future through the evil eye. This plays out at the same time as he is receiving present information from his normal eye. It can be difficult for his mind to differentiate the two without proper conditioning.
Awakened evil eye(locked depending on story) - Through conditioning and training Yuto may unlock the full potential of the evil eye. This allows him to do everything above at the same time and at will.
