Lara Amelia Croft born Feburary 14th 1993 (roleplay purposes she is 25) to Amelia and Richard Croft. Raised with wealth and fortune surrounding her, she enjoyed a happy albeit secluded and protected upbringing. Growing up sheltered within the large estate of Croft Manor, she marveled at her father's extensive collection of historical pieces and treasures taken from his archaeological exploits. Always the adventurous spirit, Lara began to take after Richard as he often regaled her of his adventures as bedtime stories. She grew athletic, using the Manor grounds to run and perform gymnastics; The world was her oyster.
Unfortunately, this was not her destiny. Her father began to grow increasingly paranoid that a group called Trinity was after him. His adventures had become more of desperate ventures seeking immortality relics and tomes following the death of his wife and Lara's mother, Amelia. Leaving Lara to spend months away from home, only to return slightly more distraught and maddened than before. This culminated in Lara witnessing her father's death at the hands of a Trinity assassin. Using her newfound athleticism, she managed to escape but now was orphaned. Thankfully, her father left all his fortune and the Manor to Lara knowing that she would protect it as the other members of the extended family fought to be a part of the will after Amelia's death and Richard's mental decline.
Many years passed, Lara growing and going to college and eventually following in her father's footsteps becoming an archaeologist like him. She had grown into a beautiful young woman, stealing the hearts of men and women around the world wherever she went. She had grown confident as well. An indominable willpower and sense of justice drove her to complete everything she set out to do. Unlike almost any other person on the planet, she gained a reputation of being borderline fanatical in her endeavors; risking her life multiple times just to follow dead-end leads. She hunts for what her father built his life around. Treasures and secrets that could change the world and the path of humanity itself. However, Trinity has been following closely, and is always ready to interfere to keep the secrets for themselves...
