BACKSTORY:
River was born into a family that didn't want her. Her mother was the only one who wanted her but she died after she turned one year old. By the age of two her father sold her off to a medical facility to experiment on. Since then she never seen the light or day or the stars at night. This facility was underground and experimented on her seeing what her body could handle. Little did they know they gave her powers that even they could barely handle. She knows nothing of the outside world since she had been stuck there all her life.
